MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

The Department of Mechanical Engineering was established in the year 1984 with an intake of 60 students per year with provision for enrolling 10% additional students under lateral entry scheme.
The Department has full fledged infrastructural facilities with regards to class rooms , laboratories , library , computing facilities & visual training programmes . Highly qualified Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff and Technical Staff carry out the Academic Programmes . There are sufficient well-planned laboratories in which excellent practical training is imparted to the students.
