Table tennis team

Men's Table Tennis team
Men's Table Tennis team has participated in the Osmania University Inter College Tournament at Arora P.G.College, Ramanthapur on 17th and 18th August, 2006. Forty Colleges has participated in this tournament. Deccan College of Engineering & Technology bags Runners up in the tournament abainst Badruka day. Deccan College of Engineering & Technology crushed Chaitanya Bharati Institute & Technology in pre quarters, Muffakham Jah College of Engineering in quarters and I.I.M College in the semi-finals.

In the single event A.Manas Reddy stood third place.

Women's Table Tennis Team
Deccan College Women's Table Tennis Team has participated first time in the Inter College Table Tennis Osmania University Tournment. The Deccan Team Tops in thier pool and played Semi-Finals against St.Anns, Mehdipatnam and defeating them to reach finals with CBIT. Deccan team has given very tough competition to CBIT and lost in the decider set. The tournment was organised by CBIT at CBIT campus on 8th and 9th September, 2006.
